That's exactly the problem. Skyrim will have more than two DLC, so releasing GOTY with only Dawnguard and Hearthfire means people will have to wait for yet another edition, this time Ultimate. It's confusing. Bethesda should wait until all the DLC are out and then release GOTY.
Yep, and that's my problem. I bought Oblivion GOTY for my PS3 only to discover there was DLC that wasn't on the disc and, as all PS3 purchasers discovered, no plans to bring that content over. That's why Bethesda should wait until they're *done* and then release an all-encompassing package (expansions, minor DLC, etc.). Like with FO3 and NV, I don't mind getting another copy of the game that has everything together on-disc. Otherwise, I feel screwed/nickel and dimed.
