Im playing skyrim with the dawnguard dlc and encountering some texture popping bugs like in this video

the textures seem to change with the camera movement. I tried launching the game without mods and that didnt solve the problem.

Im running under windows 7 64 , a amd 6950 2gb vga with the latest drivers.

That happens in the vanilla game. However the effect is amplified by the "Object Detail Fade" graphic option.

the game is maxed out , does that interfere
