I made a new character and after entering jorvaskrr for the first time i noticed that they just keep hitting each other to no end! if i recall the dark elf looses the match! did the new patch screw-up the AI again?

is this a known issue? if so any fix? i know i can just leave the area to fix it but it kinda ruins my role-playing haha
