Okay, so I just went through my items, and found an Orichalum Ingot that's tagged a quest item. But, I don't recall ever starting a quest for such an item. Can anyone tell me what this goes to? :/

Edit: For clarification, I looked on UESP and the Wikia, and neither bring mention for this mysterious ingot.

The court mage in Riften, I think?

I think that is one of the items she needs for her experiments that she "misplaced"
