Okay so I have played skyrim as a warewolf, completed the Dawnguard extension and remained a warewolf.

I was playing 'Lost to the Ages' quest and reached the forge and was fighting the guardians, my screen flashed purple and told me that due to my vampiric blood i have a -20% weakness to fire. I tried healing my self at a shrine but it didn't help.

Now I am confused as to what I am because when I go into the sun, it boils my blood, I have gained the Champion of the night, Nightstalkers footsteps and weakness to fire Effects and the Vampires servant Power, but I still have the Beast form power.

If anyone knows why/how this happened or if it's fixable, please let me know.

Sounds like you contracted the vampire disease and didn't notice. Even with the 100% disease immunity you can still catch diseases albeit much less frequently, a bug the game has had since launch.

My suggestion would be to cure yourself of being a Werewolf, cure yourself of being a Vampire then go back to Aela and ask her to turn you back into a Werewolf.

did you drink the bottle of blood? i heard that got a bug flag you as stage one vampire that ignore your state of werewolf.

Fixable? Whay would you want to "fix" it? Being a vampiric werewolf sounds awesome!
