european 1.7 patch, now condemned to infinite loading hell : V

Hi folks,

I updated to 1.7 on Monday and now none of my saves will load and I'm stuck looking at the quotes at the bottom and which ever character/item the game has decided to show me.

Any ideas?

OK, sorry about your dilemma.

Basic advice:

Setup A:
1. Delete game and patch data
2. Reboot console
3. Reinstall Skryim and let it load but don't play it
4. Reboot console
5. Run Skyrim and hope

Setup B:
1. Delete game and patch data
2. Backup all save games to external USB
3. Reboot console to safe mode
4. Perform disk cleanup option
5. Reboot
6. Reinstall Skyrim + patch
7. Reboot
8. Pray
9. Run Skyrim
10. Pray

Naw, CCNA is a good one. I think he is just trying to figure if it is related to a particular toon's save games or if the game data itself is corrupt.

I was just joking about the 'talking to gstaff' business.
