I have invested well over 100 hours into my last playthrough and only have 2 achievements left. One of them I cannot get. It is the one to finish all Thieve's Guild quests. At one point you receive thieves armor and apparently are supposed to hold onto it. Well I sold it since it was not suitable for my character. I am at the last mission but I am supposed to turn in some of the thieve's guild armor to get enhanced before I can continue. Since I no longer have the armor the chick you buy stuff from in the tavern of the thieves guild will not give me the mission I need until I turn in the armor. Is there any way around this. Please help!!!

But i believe if you go around the Ragged Flagoon, you should be able to find a full set of the armor. Or buy it from someone, not too sure.

To answer your question, try looking around the thieves guild for spare armor. From memory there were a couple of spare pieces near your bed, gloves, boots, etc.
