Ok I was trying to do the proving honor quest,and after Farkas told me to talk to Skjor,I couldn't find Skjor. The map told me he was at Bleakwind Basin. Skjor was also missing during the previous quest,when I had to give Aela her shield,that quest also glitched,but I found a way around that,is there a way to fix this?
