I made a Bosmer Poisoner class. He relies solely on Poisons to kill enemies without brandishing a weapon. A poisoner must specialize in Alchemy, Pickpocket, Illusion, Alteration, and Speech.
The pickpocket perk "Poisoned" comes in handy and the Illusion spells Invisibility and Calm spells helps if I'm compromised. Archery can also be used in here to Poison enemies from afar, but must be limited to a Long Bow and Iron Arrows (without improvements or enchantments). Alteration is useful because of Detect Life and Paralyze. Speech for making gold. Downside is you can't Pickpocket Draugrs or Dragons, only Bandits. I wouldn't count this as a main playstyle, more of an oddity you can do when bored. I wish we had Poisoned Apples back.
I also made an Altmer Necromancer. Developed skills in Conjuration, Restoration and Illusion. Use conjuration to raise minions and Illusion to strengthen them or weaken your enemies. Restoration for healing one's self or your minions using Necromantic Healing. I highly suggest you become a vampire and get the "Necromage" perk from the Restoration tree. It makes spells 25% stronger on undead (vampires counted) which will allow you to raise undead up to level 50 instead of just 40. The illusion bonus on a Stage 4 vampire is pretty nice too. My Altmer Necromancer is named Mannimarco and has a collection of corpses to thrall in his basemant at Proudspire Manor. He does not use Destruction Magic (except in the start) or any weapons at all.
Forgive me if this thread is poorly organized. I'm too lazy to format and I just type what comes to my mind.
