+1 on Skooma addiction. Simple to do, too. Adverse effect (-20 to health, magicka, and stamina) until your next Skooma "hit", or 30 game days, after you "break the habit". WITH added adverse effect every time you actually see Skooma in the game (-20 magicka) and don't drink it, cumulative per game day, wears off after a week (or with cure common disease).
Diseases are tough, because they can hamper gameplay for some, like vampirism, cure it fast enough, cool, not fast enough, not so cool because the cure is long and sometimes glitchy as well. Common and rare diseases, A+. Common cures at a shrine, rare requires a shrine quest. Or, yes, bring back cure disease for Rest. Common for Common (adept level) Rare for Rare (master level).
