my skyrim freezes when i try to enter some new areas.
the 1st time i noticed it was when i tried to enter the jarls longhouse in winterhold "i think thats the name of the town"
It just goes to the black screen you usually see then it just sits there. i left it on that screen for an hour wating because the animation o the screen wasnt frozen or anything. But it never loaded..

when i check my task manager it says it has stoped responding.
It always does that when i try to enter that building.

So i decided i did ot need to explore that building and i went to join the mage's colege. we were taken to an excavation and then inside i discoverd a new area "like you are suposed to"
After killing some of thoze zombie dugma things, i pull a chin to drop down some spikes then a second chain to lift up a gate.
Then i can enter a room/new area which starts with an S.. "i forget its name"

And it does the same thing there.

I have tried a reinstall and its still the same.

i havent noticed it doing it any where els.
and apart from having to extract the sound files to do a diferent mission i have had no other issues with the game.

I have 4gb ram. windows 7 ultimate x64. HD 5750 and a Q6600 on an abit quad gt board.
Maxed out at highest res the game is to laggy, but i have it at good medium/hig settings that run without any slow downs.

system temps dont go above 60C when gaming. I have used occt to verify the system is strable, and is stable at temps of 80C "no matter what tests i did i could not get temps above 80c" so teh system is stable..

That should be morte than enough information for people,
If theiere is a known fix for it please let me know. i have seen a few people ask the same question els where. which were never answered.. so i hope that i am asking in the correct place.
