Exclusive DLC

Post » Sun Sep 02, 2012 8:04 am

Is it now safe to assume that any content released via an DLC that has more then graphic changes is going to be exlusive on the 360 for 30 days now?

I generaly do not care about exlusive stuff but I want to play the DLC the day it comes out and should not have to go out and buy an 360 and then re-buy this game if I want to do that.

Should I now just assume when Bethesda says X DLC is coming on Y date they really mean if your using an 360 you get it on X date if your using PC you get it when we feel like giving it to you after 30 days of exlusivity of course.

That's the power of moneyz, mate.

So don't take this the wrong way, but your only option is to: http://assets0.ordienetworks.com/images/GifGuide/DealWithIt/tumblr_limthcd5BD1qfyv11o1_500.gif

And according to my comrades, the contract is only for the first two releases. Not so bad, is it?

Actually, I think it's just the first two. Which means that after hearthfire they will hopefully be at the same time. There are some folks who think the relative small size of Hearthfire is part of a conspiracy to be able to release the next plot DLC all at nce and avoid the Dawnguard lore forum spoiler fiasco happening again.

The contract only covers the first two DLC released.

People speculate that after the disastrous public relations that happened due to the exclusivity deal that Bethesda are pushing this out to end the deal for the next big DLC. Just speculation of course.

As others have said it's only for the first two but as we've seen in the past, that doesn't mean the DLC for PS3 will be released at the same time as the other systems.
