I mastered the break essential npcs/kids trick.

TC used raise zombie turn everyone into an ash pile. I hear that essential NPCs "killed" in this manner respawn, so IDK.

Finally found reference to it after going to the elsderscrolls wikia page, apparently has to be dualcast. Time to go check it out
