And it svcks. The world is empty. Nothing respawns. I waited months in game, and still nothing. I waited months more, still nothing. Last night I sat in my house and waited 24 hours over and over and over for about an hour, and still no respawns. The world is dead and empty. This svcks.

Well, if you killed everyone, then yeah, they're not going to respawn, that's the idea of... death, you know. :ermm:

I think guards, bandits, and nameless NPCs respawn though.

I think it's time for you to settle down, buy a house, adopt 20 kids and spend your time defending it from skeever and giants and bears. House armor will make it all worthwhile for and hour at least

I could be wrong, but I heard somewhere that if you stay in the same world cell, they won't re spawn. If you leave the cell and comeback later, they will re spawn.

This happened in my game...but only with the guards in Windhelm. I actually enjoyed not having to fight my way to quest objectives/givers in the city.
