I have been thinking about it alot, and it seems to fit her personality very well. However she is a good character, wouldn't vampirism mean that she has to svck blood? Which could be considered evil by some? Maybe I could make up an extra story with it, for her.
She is also a strong norse warrior, not really a sneaky type.
I think you have to choose vampire to know 2 things.
First thing - knowing that there are two "races" are they optional werewolves and vampires, you have to see which of the two you relacionas more.
Seconde thing - You have to know what kind of character you chose to start (Nord, Orc, Argonian, red guard, breton, imperial) and (dark elf, wood elf, elf hight, Kajit) being identified as the first and second melee Stealth and like magic (not entirely correct), and after that decide which of the two "races" (vampire or werewolf) adapts more to the early races.
And do not forget to see the advantages and disadvantages of each.

I hope I helped and sorry for bad english
I know the advantages and disadvantages of both creatures very well. This character already cured her Lycanthrophy because she refused to join the Hircine.
She is also a very mysterious and dark, but kind and caring nord.
She cured her Lycanthrophy, but she can′t get the vampire disease. The game probably still gave me the beast blood resistance because I used to be werewolf.
I am also on ps3, so I can′t fix it either. Crap...
Edit: Oh nevermind I just got contracted with it. I will just try it out, and see if it works. If not I will cure it.
Also, is there a way to make your character walk trough sunlight without getting a burned skin? If no, maybe it would be nice that a cowl or a helmet would prevent that.
If she got cured of lycantrophy just because she didn't want to join Hircine, I'd doubt she'd want to join Molag Bal either.
I personally think Vampires go to Dreamsleeve, depending on their actions. And since she is Dragonborn, Akatosh would most likely send her to Dreamsleeve.
And if not, well the Vampirism could have happened by accident, which made her a vampire.
Well, I tried it out for a while now but it really does not seem to go well for her. She needs to get outside too often, and she loses her beautiful light gray eyes, which is like the favourite thing about her. So I will just cure it.
I do got an other character which vampirism should fit very well with.
I always make one main character who is good (does good quests and leaves off Dark Brotherhood, thieves guild etc - will kill off Dark Brotherhood at any chance)
Then I make an evil character who is evil and does the evil / criminal quests

Yeah, I got an idea for an chaotic evil character. Vampirism would fit him more, and I don't care if his skin gets burned.
