Is there any mod in the works that adds region hit damage? pisses me to shoot enemies in the head with arrows and they dont seem to notice.

It should had been that when hitting enemies in the head with arrows it would make x5 times the damage regardless of sneak perk or insta kill, maybe disarming when hit in the hands and slowing movement if hit in the legs.
