Strange graphical glitch!

I'm running a female Breton mage character. They're the shortest race/six in the game (aside from female Khajiit, who are equally short), and this is reflected in their relative heights to other races.

I'm used to that and it doesn't usually bother me. However, recently, in first-person view, my Breton is like eye-level to her follower's waist! (See http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/194/screenshot107a.png/.) She's eye-level to tables and small cupboards, too! (See http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/526/screenshot109r.png/ and http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/687/screenshot108qb.png/.) In third-person view, her height is appropriate: around chin-high to her follower Marcurio who, as an Imperial male, has a height=1 (It's not the greatest screenshot, but see http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/442/screenshot106e.png/).

I'm not sure what's going on. I noticed this started happening after I explored Mzulft and became overencumbered. Even after off-loading my extra stuff to my follower, it persisted. Can this be fixed? I'm on the PC, so am open to using console commands. I'll revert to an older save if I have to, but I'd lose several hours of progress, so I'd like to leave that as a last resort!

Thanks in advance for any help.
