Dear ZOS: You have earned yourself a dedicated fan through y

So for those that do not know, I run the relatively small Google + fan page for ESO. Not too long ago I saw ESO hosting a small series of contests through Twitter and the rewards included a poster of the Game Informer cover for ESO autographed by many, if not all, of the staff working on the game. I was very jealous and simply reached out to ZOS and asked if it was possible to acquire one without winning a contest that had small odds.

I heard nothing back.

One day, a community manager who will remain unnamed unless they would like to be named, reached out to me through email and offered me a poster. This alone was absolutely awesome. I was going to receive an ESO poster that only a few have. I assumed it was going to be the same Game Informer cover, just with no autographs. When my mail came in today I finally got that poster:

Now, please ignore all the childrens' toys in the picture. It is a little after midnight here and the play room is the only place not being claimed by a person or an animal in my house.

But, the cool thing was the poster did indeed, as you can see, come in autographed by the team. What really got me though was that when I was opening the tube that the poster was in, there was an envelope attached. Inside I expected either a shipping list or some generic email saying "thanks and enjoy". I read the letter and knew from there on, that once this game has more information that is allowed to be made public, they are going to do an amazing job taking care of the ESO community. Here is a poor picture of the letter with what was typed to me, below the picture for those who can not see the picture:

Hi Will!

We saw your request on Twitter for an ESO poster-we hope you enjoy this one! On behalf of The Elder Scrolls Online team, we want to thank you for being such a helpful and positive influence in the ESO community, and for running the Google+ ESO fan group. We look forward to having you around in the ESO community in the future!

Warm regards,
The Elder Scrolls Online Community Team

And then it is hand signed/autographed by the actual community team. I just really enjoyed the fact it wasn't some generic crap letter that major companies send out to many people attempting to make you feel appreciated it. Keep doing what you are doing, ESO Community Team , and I will be singing your praises once you have the ability to put out more information on your MMO. I can't wait to test it and play it!

Thanks again guys and gals!

Seems as though the images will not post correctly. Maybe a mod can fix it for me?

That's great! I saw that they also sent someone a t-shirt for being helpful around their Facebook page. It's good to know that they appreciate the TESO community and show it.

Aw, now I'm jealous, too!
The community team is really doing a fantastic job so far, working without a community and all that. Constant contests, great feedback and response time and best of all, they seem to be really enthusiastic about ESO themselves. Can't wait for the official forums to go up.
