is it possible to reduce shadow and lighting quality to get more fps ?
is there something i can do to in the config or consol ?

Not sure on this game, but there is usually not a lot of game performance that can be revealed with INI tweaks, unless you are willing to reduce some graphics and other things below certain levels. Again, this is based on tweaking Fallouts and TES games.

In any event, always always always make a back up of your config files. Hosing them can require a reinstall of the game.
