» Wed Sep 05, 2012 5:45 pm I'm having problems with the quest "The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller (MQ105Ustengrav)", already did the Ustengrav dungeon, found the Mysterious note, and my quest marker was pointing to Riverwood, everything ok so far. But when I talk to Delphine, she only gives me the option to rent a regular room, not the attic room. So far I've tried:
Disabling all mods - no success
Tried setstage, getstage console commands - no success
Using "kill" console command on Delphine (she's essencial, won't die) - no success
Tried to reload a previous save (I don't have a save that's prior to the quest) - no success
Tried some console commands like the user Trevion posted on his topic (sorry can't post links) :
- resetAI and recycleactor on Delphine
- recycleinterior RiverwoodSleepingGiantInn
- disabling all user mods. (I do have Dawnguard installed, but I figured that an official mod wouldn't cause this kind of problem...)
- waiting 24 hours outside the inn.
- Reloading from recent saves, many further than 24 (game) hours, none of which made a difference. (Besides losing my recent progress.)
- setstage MQ105Ustengrav doesn't really help---I need to talk to Delphine to get Blade in the Dark, and need the Horn in my inventory to return to Arngier
- resetquest MQ105Ustengrav just leaves the quest borked---the objectives don't change, but there's no quest marker. Delphine still offers to sell me the attic room.
Already did a search in the forums/google and I didn't find any solution. I'm posting my load order, if it may be useful : )
