I have been stuck on the " reunification of skyrim: regaining winterhold hold " quest for a LLLOOOONNNGGGG time! due to the simple fact of legate Rikke not giving me the dialogue option to report for duty! WHAT CAN I DO I love Skyrim but this is really annoying!!!?? any help is appreciated
