I don't know the title of it and googling around doesn't help. So I will mention some stuff that I remember in it:

So this guy can see ghosts. Early on he is approached by some old black lady that he later finds out to be the grandmother of some woman that he is acquainted with.

Then, another time, he is at a police station reporting a theft. When he sees the deceased husband of an elderly woman and, upon further investigation, reveals to her that his death was actually a murder.

Most of the show involves a black boy haunting him from time to time and coughing up dirt. He discovers, using a Ouija board, that his name is Dennis. Further investigation leads him to some woods area where a number of kids were buried alive. A segment of the show ended at a point where there are all these ghost children in the back seat reaching out to him, looking all pitiful and I never saw anything beyond that.

I think I saw this on the Sci-Fi channel over a decade ago.
