I am level 67 and have probably completed 95% of all quests.
I'm trying to buy land in Falkreath, but the Steward and the Jarl both won't offer it to me.

Maybe someone died who is supposed to offer it to me??

I really want this land.

Maybe it's broken.

Please help me.
