I've never killed Nazeem or Heimskr.
I've never done the Stormcloak side of the CW, even though I always meant to, I just cannot bring myself to do it.
I've never used any Necromantic Resurrection spells.
Never done the Namira quest in her favour.
Never gotten Marcurio (my follower) killed.
Never killed a fox or a bunny.
Never killed a dog.
I've never used the Oghma Infinium exploit either - I never even used it for the non-exploit levels.
I've never seen 2 of the Accords of Madness books in game.

I haven't downloaded Dawnguard yet.

I haven't tried any Stealth skills outside of Light Armor and Alchemy

the DB Quest or TG Quest.

I haven't downloaded patch 1.06 (1.07). Horse combat is overrated and the patch does more harm than good (though cleaning up the nirnroot glow, as I have learned, would be appealing)

I'm not a fan of it, but I do enjoy the benefits of not buying healing potions.

The cooking system is cool, but aside from the achievement, what good does it do? Is there some misc quest that involves cooking a roast? They should have done it like FONV did where instead of stimpaks (potions), you could create food and receive benefits from eatting food instead. Think it was part of the Survival stat.

My Redguard says "^^^ This"
My Altmer on the other hand...

There's a couple of very powerful meals that act like buffs.

Edit:
Oh, that's another thing I haven't done. I've never eaten meat, or as a Vampire fed off anyone who wasn't cool with it. :P

A few more things that haven't happened to me:

-A city has never been attacked by a dragon.

-I've never seen a citizen pick up/fight over any equipment I've dropped, or a guard warn me for leaving weapons lying around (like the guide states).

-I've never had citizens comment on me rummaging through barrels in town (again, like the guide said).

-I've never recieved a gift from an NPC friend.

Funny, all of those things happen to me regularly. One of the reasons I started using quests that disable main quest is because I couldn't go to Solitude without dragons attacking it.

Also, Camilla in Riverwood gives me gifts every time I talk to her. The game is either bugged or she reaaaally likes me. Most of the stuff is useless: non-skill books, belted tunic, a hat. I wonder if she notices that I sell that stuff back to her brother immediately.

OT:- I've never joined the Bard's collage
- never helped the Stormcloaks
- never married anyone
- never bought a house in Riften or Markarth
- never-ever upgraded my speechcraft skill tree.
