I've got to the end of the "The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller" quest. The first time I played through I went with Daphne to see the Dragon she wanted me to visit in Kynesgrove. I got there and Alduin flies around. I waited a long time and eventually looked up the quest online and found out he was supposed to be bringing a dragon back to life out of the ground. I wandered around the area and waited around a good while longer and nothing happened. I decided to go see the Greybeards to return the horn figuring maybe it needed to be competed first. I went in and had difficulty learning the last word of Unrelenting Force. After loading a save a couple of times and going in and out of the building I finally managed to learn it and the objective became Recieve the Greybeards Greeting and had a spot on the floor it marked to stand on. I go to it and there's a shaking then nothing, I can't move and the Greybeards stand around waving their arms but saying/doing nothing. I waited a while and nothing happened and couldn't move at all.

I reloaded a save from Ustengrav and tried to complete the quest again but got the same issues at both the Dragon and the Greybeards.

Any suggestions?

Needless to say I'm not looking forward to having to restart the game as I've done a lot of other quests along the way.
