So after hearing the Man with the Golden Gun theme song, I got to thinking of a good character to play after I beat the game. I'm thinking of making an assassin Imperial who when he has a target to kill, can kill them in one arrow. While with some enemies this won't be possible due to scaling, my question is this:

What is the earliest level Elven Arrows appear? (Golden Arrow)
What is a good combo to make my bow skills as 'one hit one kill' as possible?
Any ideas to improve this?

Just play on adept (or lower), go for a crossbow, temper it to legendary and beyond, enchant it with elemental damage, and use damage health poisons on each shot.

I'm willing to bet you'll get bored of this rather quickly .

Start the Dark Brotherhood ASAP to get ciceros gloves that add the 2x bonus to sneek attacks. Combine that with Dawnguard if you have it and you should have crossbows doing 300 damage by level 20 combined with a massive sneek bonus.
