J'zargo's Alignment

Using http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD3e:Alignment alignment system how would J'zargo come out? Personally I've never been able to work the guy out myself.

I know Cicero's would be evil. Because if you don't help him fix that wagon. He kills that farmer and his family. But you do bring up a good point about Skyrim's characters.
