I came across something on the Fallout wiki labeling a quest I never heard of where you take the orphans of the streets of The Den. My immediate reaction was 1000XP and no more thief kids great! The issue was it said Den Residential which I had never seen or heard of was where you start it. I was reading more about it and apparently The Den Residential is a cut part of the game, but it still has quests active and NPC's active, I think even a trader. You can go there by pressing 3 on The Den's map that will instantly transport you there. Even if you do the quest it still applies and works like a normal quest it even has decisions that work like a normal quest that determines your XP for completing it.
