Wow... I didn't realize Intense Flames was gonna be that use

Seriously, I thought that intense flames would be good for my shield and spell character cause I use cloak spells a lot and the extra effect could be potentially very useful, and it is when it comes to frost and lightning, but with fire, every time I use it I just get the message "X is too powerful for Flames".

Why in the world would they give that effect a level limit? wtf?

Really, the reason why Destruction is considered underpowered is cause of stuff like this... ok, maybe thats an over statement, but if the wall spells worked how they were supposed to and if stuff like this didn't happen, destruction would be a lot better.

FIX THIS, it can't be too hard.

I have seen that message only twice with my mage character. I have played him to lvl 38 and he is illusionist and fire-mage. For me even dragons crawls away because they scare the flames on their skin. Intense flames makes destruction fun in my opinion - it's always a pleasure to hear people screaming "I'm in fire" when they are running away. I don't know if there's a difference on a level limit depending which level spell you use, but I think there could be or then you are playing with very high level character.

I am level 47, it doesn't work on Falmer Nightprowlers and they are only level 30. So its really a letdown.

This is really something that shouldn't have a magnitude as its effect isn't that substantial anyway.
