The first time when my follower came to my house, he asked me if i wanted him to be my steward i clicked "ill think about it" because i did like how my follower was dressed so i gave him new stuff, went back to my house but it didnt give me the option to make him my steward. The same thing with other followers it doesnt give me the option anymore.

My house is the one from the dawnstar jarl if any of that matters.
