I used to change games' running speed by a kit called "the Speed Gear".
Just insert the kit into game. While the game is running, U may change the speed by its hot key.
But Skyrim's changed nothing when I press the key.
And the kit runs very well above all the other games(Such as Fallout 3, COD, etc.), I think it's fine.

Does Skyrim lock the keyboard or something else? How can I use the hot key?
