As the title says... What are you or will you be playing while you wait for The Elder Scrolls: Online to launch?
Myself, I'll be playing: Skyrim SW:TOR Sim City 5 Final Fantasy XIV 2.0 (when it re-launches) Dishonored Assassin's Creed 3 Whatever new Mario or Zelda game comes out on the Wii-U Hitman: Absolution The Last Story
Not waiting for it myself. Should it be free to play I'll probably create a character just to check out the world, but I'm not a fan of MMO RPGs. If it's subscription based, I won't fool with it.
As to what I'm playing, right now it's mostly Planetside 2 (which I'm really, really terrible at but still having fun).
It's a bit of a conundrum for me: I'm not waiting for ESO, but there's nothing else on the horizon that takes my fancy either. I guess it's time to start working through that pile of unplayed games...
Well that game is a long way off so I'm not really playing games to tide me over while I await ESO's arrival.
Now the games that I'm playing just for the sake of me wanting to play them are as follows: Been playing Skyrim again because I got back into it a few weeks ago and I've been dabbling in the DLC. I just finished Max Payne 3 and really enjoyed it. I was a huge fan of the first two games. Not sure yet if I'll run back through it to get all the collectibles and unlock more of the achievements. I've been giving a beatdown to people in Madden 13 with my Lions. I've always been good at Madden and I don't mind showing it to opponents and with Calvin Johnson on the cover it only makes me want to play it more!
With college having just started up I'm going to be pretty strapped for spare time the majority of the next two semesters. So needless to say, even with new games coming out, like Assassin's Creed 3 which I'm pumped for, I probably won't be using what little free time I have to log into video games.
I'm not waiting for TES online, but I'll try it for sure if it's free to play(even with limitations) Meanwhile, I'm playing Mount & Blade: Warband online, Terraria and recently, Two Worlds 2.
I'm really not waiting for ESO to launch. I think it will be a colossal failure like every other new MMO, besides the fact that I don't really like MMOs to begin with anyways.
I'm currently alternating between STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl and Fallout 3.
I'm actually a bit excited for TESO. In the meantime I am playing Skyrim, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, quite soon Arkham City, Sleeping Dogs, and Dishonored.
ive never been an mmo guy, although im not opposed to them existing. whether or not i every sign up for ESO depends upon if its subscription or not. its a no go if its a subscription, i don't have time to force my self to play the number of hours each month to get a full value. i want to play at my pace.
