Finding Perk ID's within Creation Kit?

How can I find perk ID's in the creation kit. I know that uesp and 10 other sites have a list of the codes but that is not what I am looking for.

Perk ID of the royal bloodline mod. I'm lazy and don't want to level up.

Just load that mod up in the CK and find the perk. Or open the console and type help "name of perk"

FYI in the future: "I'm lazy and I don't want to look it up" might not be the best attitude to have when asking for assisstance.

I'm lazy and I don't want to LEVEL up. I don't want to level up my vampire which is why im looking for the codes.
