Hi not sure if this has been seen before but i couldnt find anything for it on googlie so im trying here hopefully to find a fix, the fishing jobs for devlin im at the point where i need to give him the ruby ive nicked from helga but all that happens is he says ive got some special talents and theres a specialized job just come in or along those lines and thats all thats happens..

You may have to take the "specialized job" first. I'm thinking it might be one of the "Special Jobs".

The "Special Jobs"
Do the Special Job and then you should be able to complete the Fishing Job.

Also, be carefull with the quest "The Litany of Larceny". If you collect all the items before selling them to Delvin, you will not be able to sell them back to him. If you want to decorate the Guild Master's desk and wall with the loot, you will have to do it yourself.

Not sure if you can do it yourself as I have not tried. The items are probably stuck in my inventory.
