Does anyone know of locations and specific characters (male or female) who are of bosmer race, other than Faendal of Riverwood that can be a companion/spouse?

There are no Bosmer spouses in the vanilla game and only one female http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Beleval (Dawnguard).

NP. I've never played a non-Nord, but I think it's a little ridiculous that there are no potential spouses for some of the other races.

Not only that, all the non Nord potential spouses except Murie look like hags.

Nords, Imperials, Dunmer, and Bretons all have a fair selection of both sixes. There are only 2 Redguard females (1 requiring DLC), 2 Altmer females, 1 Argonian female and 2 Argonian males available, and no available Redguard or Altmer males, or Khajiit or Bosmer of either six. (On edit: I forgot--there are 2 marriageable Orcs of each six.)

If you have a PC, you can use console commands to make some NPCs available for marriage who ordinarily wouldn't be, but they have to have the dialogue available. In other words, if they have a unique voice actor, it's not going to work; they have to use a voice actor who has recorded the appropriate lines. I don't know the commands myself, but I'm sure someone who does will weigh in!

Faendal can be added this way; his voice actor is Jon Curry, who voices several marriageable NPCs. I don't know whether there are any female Bosmer who can be added this way: Brelas is the only single Bosmer female I can think of off the top of my head, and I don't know who voices her.
