Can't fire arrows. : V

I load the arrow, I draw it back and release and nothing happens.
I just uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim. It didn't fix the problem.
Anybody have any idea how to fix this crap?

Try removing the bow and arrows and equip them again or try different ones all together, if that doesn't work try reloading to an earlier save and try on that.

Try these and also drop your bow and arrows onto the ground then put them back into your inventory. It seems useless, but strange things can fix strange issues.

Also, what platform are you on? Maybe your mouse/buttons might be getting stuck?
