After I complete the College of Winterhold quest called 'Good Intentions' the game fails to give me the next quest 'Revealing the Unseen' (XBOX360). All I've found on the wiki about this is -

"There seems to be a bug, of yet unknown origin, that causes this questline to derail upon "Good Intentions" completion. In other words: you will succeed in completing this quest, but will be incapable of getting the following quests for the College of Winterhold. This only happens to some players."

There is no mention of a fix. Has anyone else encountered this problem and is there a way to fix it?

Nope, you're screwed, I had this happen to me as well. Move on with some other quest.
