Can this game be played in a no death rule set? AKA dead is dead? Will it be possible to beat this game without every dying if you try a few times?

Bethesda games that are possible for no death ruleset:

Skyrim
Fallout 3

Will dishonored follow the tradition of bethesda games that are balanced difficulty wise or will it be a trial and error death experimentation like Dark Souls?

Also, how is the story in this game compared to Bioware games or a game like Vampire Masquearade? Is it just all combat devoid of emotionally driven content or will you actually care about the characters and relationships you establish in game?

Bethesda is not making this game and there is no trial and error gameplay. If you've played games like Deus Ex, Thief or even Arkane's own Dark Messiah you would know that death is easily avoidable if played well.

There are 4 difficulty settings, with each difficulty the AI's alertness becomes improved, as well as damage and potions won't be as effective.

The story and the narrative in the game matters. The world itself is very fleshed out in the game and the more you explore the more you find about it and its characters. There are side quests that add even more to the narrative and the character you're doing the side quest for. You also possess a magical device called The Heart that tells you secrets about characters when you point it at them, it does the same for certain locations as well.

I doubt there's an official perma-death mode, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is a viable playstyle.

Nothing like that has been announced but as a playstyle it's viable, yes.

As Matatak said Bethesda is only publishing it.

It's probably more like Vampire Masquerade but I'd compare it more to Deus Ex and System Shock 1-2.

It's not an RPG, it's a FPS with RPG elements. The game remembers whether you kill everybody, not many people, or nobody.

After reading through your channel I assume you were hoping for some method of restarting in the event that you die? If so then I'm sure the game will offer an option to begin anew.
