1.7 Respawns Glitched

First off I want to mention the plant respawns.

I pick plants in my game and they never respawn. To test this I stress only stick to the roads and note every road you have traveled.

I pick some plants and go inside and wait for two to three months inside my house in Riften. I have done this several times I might add.

After I wait I go out and there is big stretches of road with no plants. Then in some areas some plants will have grown back and others have not even tho I have never been in that area.

Also in one of the walled cities if you have picked a plant once and let the plants grow back and you enter the city and not pick anything, and you walk into a building and you come out all of the plants will be gone even tho nothing was picked.

The second issue with respawns.

Enemies along the roads and in the wilderness will not respawn. This is also after waiting for two to three months locked in my house.

I also stress to test this stick to areas you travel a lot and on the roads after you have waited an extended period of time.

Here is several wilderness locations effected.

1. Southwest of Fort Sungard on a rock a wolf usually spawns.
2. West of Fort Sungard in a crevice a wolf or a bear will spawn in a rocky crevice not far from the road.
3. Southwest of Old Hroldan close to the road or on a dirt road a wolf or a bear will spawn.
4. East of Reachcliff Cave on a road a sabrecat should spawn.
5. Southwest of Windhelm by the bridge close to the city two wolves stand close by the bridge on the road.
6. Northeast of North Brittleshin pass a wolf or a sabrecat should be on a rocky hill.
7. Northwest of Gloomreach by a tree stump by the river there is usually a bear standing there.
8. East of Lunds Hut on a road on the hill there should be one wolf or sabrecat.

Keep in mind I have tested all of these places several times and they have yet to respawn any kind of animal.

I also know spawns are level based and my respawns have been messed up since 1.3 and 1.6 only fixed the enemies respawning at their respective dungeons.

I should note this is with a brand new character I made for 1.7 and I also have Dawnguard and Hearthfire active.

You seem to have [censored]tiest luck when it comes to respawns. My respawns haven't been out of normal but then again I always wait 30 days in-game in a cell I don't normally visit so everything in the game world respawns. Not a fun way to play. Maybe dawnguard breaks whatever 1.6 patch fixed?

When I post these I am being legit. 1.6 for me only fixed the respawns at the dungeons. The plants have always been broken since 1.3 anyways.

This new character I have 75 hours on and yes respawns are broken and its annoying. I report this with every update in the hopes it gets fixed. I waited so long to post because I was testing the locations I listed above.

This new character I have 75 hours on and yes respawns are broken and its annoying. I report this with every update in the hopes it gets fixed. I waited so long to post because I was testing the locations I listed above.
Have you tried PMing Gstaff about this? Doesn't hurt to try and see what he says.

I have tried with each patch since 1.3. At first he said they could not replicate the issue then 1.6 comes out. I told it it only partially he said he would pass the information. I tried reporting some other bugs like the magic bugs I just posted in another thread here and now it says their is an array error and the message won't go threw. I don't know if he blocked me messaging him or what or it could be a glitch, I don't really know. But I have messaged him with each patch about this.

This is a problem for me my most bothersome bug. I think its doing a service to report this and be diligent on the issue as a long time Bethesda fan. I report this because its game breaking and as a fan I would like to be heard and have this fixed. I will continue to stay on top of this issue until it gets fixed.

That is unfortunate. Hopefully beth looks into this. No plant respawns sound horrible.

Not all of them is bugged but a very big portion. I think a lot of people that say they do not have it are just overlooking it. I notice the plants because I spend hours and hours picking them for fun. I play entire gaming marathons playing TES picking plants and that is why I notice the plants.

I notice the wilderness enemy respawns because,

1. In 1.1 Skyrim I thought the enemies in the wilds was amazing since Oblivions wilderness was dead.
2. I stick to the roads to test it.
3. I am OCD. I literally took notes to list several locations I have listed above.
