I was extremely dissapointed when I found out that the cowl wasn't added into Skyrim, it was my favorite item in Oblivion. So please, think about it. Just make a simple quest that Brynjolf gives you, tells you that they have secured the cowl and everyone has voted you should "don" the cowl. Just something easy or go absolutely nuts and make it a solid quest, just for fun. Maybe make it 400msp 800 at the max. PLEAASSEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M BEGGING YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
