Once she's done a little cleaning up, and gotten some grasp of what's going on she heads to Roriksted to see a man about a goat. She duly sets off to recover the goat. Gets about 50 feet up the path, and is set upon by 3 Dawnguard who don't seem to like her glowing eyes or something. Just as they're finished off a large dragon lands about 5 feet from her. Unfortunately for the Dragon the Dovahkiin has just learned this cool new shout that keeps it from taking off again. Ever.
The goat problem taken care of she heads across country to Whiterun. Runs into 2 bandits and 3 Dawnguard. As she finishes with them yet another Dragon lands in front of her. Repeat as before.
A little way down the road, near Whiterun she meets 3 people who at first appear to be Vigilants of Stendarr, but don't seem to be paying any attention to the three unclothed bodies on the ground near them. They also have much glowier eyes than she'd expect from Vigilants. Battle ensues. A dragon does one pass over the scene and takes off for the hills. Otherwise, third verse, same chorus.
Later she has reason to head for witchmist grove, but it is obviously going to be full daylight when she arrives so she takes a nice little nap at Riverside Shack she previously cleared out. Unfortunately during her evening of drinking with Sam she'd forgotten that she'd received a Mysterious Note from the messenger and wakes up in yet another shack halfway across Skyrim.
Having performed the task requested promptly and obediently she is given the key to the shack, steps out, realizes it's daylight, steps back in and sleeps for a couple of hours.
She heads toward Solitude because she's still hungover and has forgotten about Witchmist Grove for the moment. In the distance she notices a human form running and decides to see what's up. It turns out to be a lone vampire, who the Dovakiin decides to follow just to see what's so exciting the Vampire is running. The vampire runs along the beach until across from Solitude, jumps into the water, goes up into the docks, runs aimlessly between the docks and the mill until the Dovahkiin decides she's bored and is worried that someone she doesn't want killed will wind up dead. So the Dovahkiin throws a flame spell at her, misses, and the untouched vampire screams that she's been bested.
A chase ensues all over the place with the vampire slowly taking hits, turning into bats, all the while saying she's bested. This lasts until a dragon lands in front of the Dovahkiin. Fourth verse, same chorus.
The vampire then runs at her and past her screaming that she's been bested, this lasts until she's trapped by a rock she can't climb.
The Dovahkiin finally remembers the Witch Mist Grove thing, travels there, has a rather bad falling out with her fiancee, exits the cabin and a dragon lands right in front of her. Fifth verse. Same chorus.
At that point she goes back to Whiterun, returns the item to Ysolde walks out of Whiterun and sees a dragon circling the town. She goes back into the town, into the Bannered Mare, orders a drink and decides that the reason the dragons died off the first time, is because four out of five of them are complete total idiots.
Later Serena and Argis managed to kill three mages through a barred door in Morvunskar, but since there were no dragons involved it was hardly worth mentioning.
