This is one bug I hope they'll never fix, it's just too funny. Because of an AI flaw, bandits and similar enemies cease to see you as an enemy when you're dead, but they still throw out random comments at you.

Best line ever: "How do you feel? I think you might be SICK" - actually I'm feeling quite dead, lady

One time a Bandit Chief slew my PC and as the screne fades, the BC sheathed her weapon and said...

"Hmm... must have been my imagination."

I remember being killed by a group of bandits and as the scene fades out one of them says "can I help you?". Umm, no, you've done quite enough already, thanks.

I got the famous guard line after a Whiterun massacre. "Let me guess, someone stole your sweetroll." XD

NO! You killed me!

Yes, the old it takes more time to say the line then it does to realize they are dead problem.

Was it in previous TES as well? I don't remember NPC talking to a dead player.
