You'll have to list your processor, graphics card, RAM and OS for us to really know if it would run. Most computers can run such old games quite well though.

Here are the game specs, 400 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hertzhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_processing_unit, 64 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Megabytehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Random_access_memory, 16 MB http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_cardRAM, 8X CD-ROM drive, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DirectX 7.0, 450 MB available http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_disk space, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_95

And the specs of your PC are https://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim2400/en/sm_en/specs.htm. I think you won't have an issue running it.

Copied the specs from wikipedia so it's all links..

From those numbers I have to agree. I'm surprised if you've got trouble running it.

The game's extremely poorly optimized, so don't be surprised if you have to sacrifice some visuals to improve FPS, even on a rig that should run it well.

Visuals on a game that old arent too important to me. How do I change it?

I find that terrain draw distance and shadows are very hard on performance (Plus, the shadows look like crap anyway). I may have been a bit harsh, as it's relatively easy to strike a good balance of performance and visual quality using the graphics sliders. I'd just experiment until you're happy with it. And enjoy the game, because Flashpoint is amazing. Don't forget to look up and browse the various mods for the game, if you're interested, and the Mission Editor is extremely user-friendly and fun.

One last note: I wouldn't recommend just getting Cold War Crisis. Game of the Year Edition comes with both Resistance and Red Hammer, as well as the latest patch. Trust me when I say both of those are great campaigns and the patch is essential for the most stable playing experience (and being able to run most mods). This game was insanely buggy on release.

Is it difficult so see people in that? Ghost recon 2 was fun, but difficult. Not really because of the AI but because the character models were really dificult to see. And sometimes things like snow would block me from seeing them but they could see me.

Yes, Flashpoint is an extremely difficult game. You get one save per mission, so use it wisely. The AI is..a mixed bag. Sometimes it seems hyper-intelligent and kills you from across the map, other times it seems to be very slow on reaction time. It's not often like that, but can be annoying. And yes, due to the huge scale of the maps and the environment, which is comprised largely of dense forests and mountainous terrain, it is often difficult to locate enemy units. I find it creates a lot of tension and forces you to play very smart.
