Playing Skyrim yesterday the screen went all candy stripe, I turned off the console and back on and all was normal, a little while later it did it again, and was normal after turning the console off and on and re-loading. I can't really see much but enough to save the game, I can't seem to get an answer from Google, some say it's the graphic card some say the cable, I'm using component cables.

Does anyone know for sure what this is ? I recently did have my 360 re-balled.
