Is that a mod to add variety in the children? as every child looks like a identical twin in this game, and why do they all sound american?

I'm just happy for a little children remodel because their...puffy yet old-looking faces with zero expressions really freak me out.

I mean do they even have the same range (little as it may be sometimes) of the advlt models?
