Title says it Ive known about the ps3 issues since launch. And are fully aware of what's up so I thought I wait until a decent amount of patches were released and the price goes down a bit. Which is now should I pull the trigger? Bugthesda isn't getting my cash so I'm not supporting when buying used haha.

If you have to play it and have to play it on PS3 then pre owned at a discount is probably worth it but expect bugs and frustration.

(Cue the flood of those with no issues, well about four of them on the forum maybe) ;)

You may get lucky , you may not is't a coin flip.

If you have the option, the PC is the best possible option for avoiding /fixing / dealing with bugs and better content for the game.

Something that has been lost in all the big technical issues present in the PS3 version of Skyrim is that the game itself is clunky and tiring. The interface is deplorable, NPC interactions very quickly become tedious and you can pretty well guess the ending of every quest line from the get go.

But it is pretty sometimes, and the soundtrack is unimpeachable. Some of the new features, like dual wielding and the alchemy crafting can be fun. I liked the perk system more than I thought I would early on, but after making a few different builds i find the lack of attributes to really neutralize the uniqueness of each build.

Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy it for 30USD. I think there are better used games to be had for less. Maybe wait until they really announce DG is failed and it will probably bottom out and be in the bargain bins.

I'd buy it for 20USD.
