Wow. Still blown away....

Just moments ago I stumbled upon the dwarven ruin of Kagrenzel. I thought it was tiny cause it was a one room until i explored the center and lo and behold, the floor gave way and I just fell miles below the surface of Skyrim. It still amazes me the stuff you can find after 100s of hours. And for the people who fast travel everywhere, shame on you haha. This place is high up the mountain right on the border of Morrowind. It took a clever timing of jumping to scale up there. the last 45 mins was well worth it.

Just thought i'd share. I would love to hear of anything you fine folks have stumbled across.

Nothing specific, but after almost 200 hours, about 2/3 of Skyrim are still left unexplored for me.

I never see the Temple of Xrib mentioned (Sightless Pit). Maybe people don't find it interesting or something. I've been to Kagrenzel but I don't remember if I experienced what you did. I'll remember this for next time though, thanks. :tes:

If you go to the center of the chamber, a glowing orb appears. when you touch it, a cage pops up and the orb spins around it a few times making a shrieking noise. then the floor tilts and its sinara. I'd say it was a 10 sec fall. I reloaded a few times cause it was fun. a radient quest took me there

I found out about that place by reading this forum. Never knew it existed. I have MANY hours into the game at this point from the PS3 to the PC across roughly 9 or so characters.

Needless to say it was an awesome experience and I'm glad my follower didn't die down there.

The quest I was on kept taking me to Stoney Creek Mine or whatever. So i had to look up on the UESP to figure out why. But it was really fun.

Oh and my dog died....RIP Scrappy Doo a.k.a Bran

Since it was so dark in there, I had to wait for a while to see if my follower showed up. I couldn't see them in the water and didn't know if they were swimming around trying to find where I went lol.
