I have lvl 100 sneak, and I'd like to know:

if I wear equipment that gives +% easier sneak, will it give me any effect over my lvl 100 sneak ?
If it does give an effect over lvl 100 sneak, how far can we go ? +100% ?

I know that it does have an effect above 100%, but idk if there is a cap. It gets pretty ridiculous with only like +20%.
