Just kinda seems like a giant middle finger

hats it. im done. im out. i refuse to buy another bethesda game till they understand the concept of fixing bugs. most bugs in thier games are absolutely things that would have been found by beta testers which means they are either relesing untested games or they just dont care enough to fix them. then, when everyone complains about the problems, they decide to focus all their efforts on dlc rather than fixing thier already released material. Its such a shame because their games are on the whole so good, have the potential to be epic, and it is just soo dissapointing to see them half ass it. To be fair we have let them think this is ok. we all go out and buy the next big bethesda title because it looks so amazing, even though you know its goung to be almost unplayably glitchy till the first patch comes out. THIS IS NOT OK. the only way we as consumers can change this is to stop buying thier products untill they get the point. If bethesda has any guts they will respond to this. but i assume this will just get deleted by the mods.

If this were some [censored] game I would agree with.
Like the import face bug in Mass effect 3 was ridiculous.

But this isn't a terrible game and I can handle a couple of irrelevant quests being bugged, other things can be bugged too but not enough to bother me.

i walk into my hearthfire house and it is all done and nice then i walk into my armoury and the middle dummy has a necromancers robe on and a steel plate helmet. it looks [censored] stupid and pisses me off. I payed for this crap. if they are going to sell a product with glitches or not fully tested they should be upfront that they are selling a defective product. i probably wouldnt have bought hearthfire had i known about this glitch because i know this kind of [censored] pisses me off.

To the OP, sorry about your problems. Fixing bugs does not appear to be Bethesda's strong point. For example, there are still game breaking bugs and basic bugs in Oblivion. Fortunately on the PC, modders have fixes.

That said, I think Skyrim is remarkably stable. I have had very, very few bugs. And so far no bugs that cause me to abandon a character.

Are there specific bugs you are talking about, and what platform are you using?

Bethesda has an amazing copyrighted idea and story. Their work ethic and integrity?... hmmm

Smells of George Lucas to me.

the only big bug i had so far was the "blood on the ice" bug, which was fixed by bethesda. the other bugs i know are not important at all...

I've had a few bugs and have been mostly lucky. I've only ever had to give up one character because of a bug, thankfully that character was only 3 hours old. Still unacceptable the amount of bugs that Skyrim has.

The point isnt the size of the bugs. I dont have a lot of money and the litlle i have usually goes to bills and gas. i spend the little spending mooney i have on something, and find out theres stuff wrong with it. you wouldnt buy a car, find out the radio doesnt work and the salesman didnt say anythign about it, you wouldnt sit there and say "well the engine works and it drives so the little problem doesnt bother me." @Atronook - i loled

Sorry to hear that you're having issues, but many of us have almost bug-free games. Besides, it's not like Bethesda aren't doing anything about it - we've had more patches for Skyrim than we did for Oblivion and Morrowind put together.
