Climates of Tamriel and Dawnguard?

It says on the description of CoT that it affects a portion of Dawnguard. Anyone know what that is?

There's a quest that majorly effects the weather in dawnguard, and CoT is known to break the persistent weather effect. To be more specific would need DG spoilers.

So what would happen if you ran Dawnguard with CoT? Would you be unable to complete it or something?

no it prbably would ruin all the weather and instead of being that specific one it would be a normal weather
